Mondrian Estimate™ provides candidate DRG-like groupings from MBS item numbers and optional context for planning, costing, revenue analysis and simulation workflows only. Official AR-DRG grouping requires coded admitted episode data and appropriate grouper software. MBS-to-ACHI mapping is a best-fit approximation and may be non-equivalent. Do not use this service for clinical decisions, billing, coding, regulatory compliance or official funding determination.
